A message for the guests of the Norwegian Valley Resort (from 16/03/2020)! Due to the enforcement of the epidemiological threat by the Covid-19 virus by a decision of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Poland from March 14. 2020 (until further notice) The Fifth Season Restaurant, Wiking Club, Wellnes Zone, Holistic SPA are not available. We would like to inform you about the precautions we have implemented in the Norwegian Valley.We go with the book of generally available recommendations from state authorities responsible for our security. We save the increased cautions in every aspect of our daily functioning. Before starting work, each of our employees is verified if there are any indications of infection. We have introduced the option of ordering breakfasts and a la carte meals to the apartments. It is enough to submit a request for such an order by e-mail to the address: manager.gastronomii@ndresort.pl or by phone: +48 790 275 402. Applications are accepted until 8:00 p.m. of the previous day.
Breakfasts in this form will be served from 09.00 - 12.00, à la carte meals from 12.00-17.00. Please be understanding if the waiting time is longer due to logistics.
Breakfast will be delivered as securely as possible. All precautions will be taken. All apartments are located in detached villas, which is our great advantage. In the current situation, they are disinfected with great care using the highest quality chemicals. We disinfect surfaces with high temperature of steam and germicides. We clean all door handles and public places cyclically. There are also disinfectants in the toilets.
If anyone has any circumstances for any infection, please stay in your apartment and follow all the guidelines announced by the Chief Sanitary Inspectorate. We encourage all our guests to take a serious approach to current situation. Guests who have made a reservation for the period of virus threat in the Norwegian Valley and have paid for these reservations partially or in full have the option to submit their stay until 30/06/2020 without additional costs - except the period of Easter (10-13.04.2020), Long May Weekend (30.04-03.05.2020) and Corpus Christi (10-1406.2020).
