Fifth Season Restaurant is a vibrant place run by a young and energetic team of chefs. The concept is clear: to prepare dishes perfectly suited by the current season, using seasonal ingredients. We combine local flavours with international cuisine, allowing you to discover new dishes.
Reaching back to tradition, we rediscover flavors that reflect the heritage of local products. Our kitchen is rich in specialties from the Karkonosze region: cheeses, natural honey from mountain apiaries, and aromatic herbs. Our guests have the opportunity to taste excellent cold cuts and meats—products sourced from regional producers.
