Fifth Season Restaurant is a vibrant place run by a young and energetic team of chefs. The concept is clear: to prepare dishes perfectly suited by the current season, using seasonal ingredients. We combine local flavours with international cuisine, allowing you to discover new dishes.
Drawing on tradition, we rediscover flavours that reflect the heritage of local products. Our kitchen features Karkonosze specialties: cheeses, natural mountain honey, fish from local fishery, and aromatic herbs. Our guests have the opportunity to taste wonderful cold cuts and meats - products sourced from regional producers.

We would like to inform you that for your comfort, in case of high occupancy, breakfasts at the Fifth Season Restaurant will be divided into four slots:
Slot I – 7:30 – 8:30
Slot II – 8:30 – 9:30
Slot III – 9:30 – 10:30
Slot IV – 10:30 – 11:30
Further information regarding signing up for a certain slot will be provided by the Reception staff during the check-in process.
