- relaxation in the Wellness Zone (12mx4m pool - 130cm deep, 3 saunas, Jacuzzi, Kneipp path, Bosman bucket, ice well) during opening hours, (subject to availability; considering our guests' comfort, we have introduced a time limit. - observation deck for people who are in the Wellness Zone with direct exit from the pool area onto the terrace,
- unlimited access to the "DRAGONS' LAND" complex during its opening hours – Fairytale Playroom for children, including: multi-storey tunnels with glass bases, slides, creative craft corner, monkey grove, subject to availability,*
- access to the "Viking Club" Coctail Bar during its opening hours,
- welcome beverage set in the apartment,
- bathroom cosmetics set.
In addition, free of charge at the resort we offer:
- direct access to the individual Art Gallery in each of the 9 villas,
- gallery of handicrafts of local artists - Willa Rodven - Reception: Gallery of products made in JULIA Glassworks (lokal glassworks 6km away from Szklarska Poręba),
- access to the external Art Gardens within the resort,
- relaxation zone with roofed access to the active spring from centuries ago on the glass floor,
- relaxation zone by the water reservoir - a pond, a great place to read a book in the background with the sound of water,
- relaxation zone - a wooden veranda in the heart of the resort with a view of the courtyard,
- a large waterfall flowing out from under one of the villas in the vicinity of the "Fifth Season Restaurant",
- a Stone Circle of Vikings, an ideal place to cool down during hot days,
- unlimited access to an outdoor playground for children in favorable weather conditions during its opening hours,
- unlimited access to the "Viking Village" for children during favorable weather conditions while its opening hours,

*Access to the Wellness Zone is subject to availability at certain hours. Norwegian Valley reserves the right to refuse entry to the Wellness Zone in case of full occupancy at certain hours due to prior reservations.

Dear guests, we have prepared attractive discounts for you for our catering offer in the "Fifth Season" Restaurant and in the "Viking Club" Coctail Bar - offer available only for guests of Norwegian Valley Luxury Resort.
- Entertainment Zone: bowling, billiards, darts, and other games at the "Viking Club",
- billiards in the VIP room,
- souvenirs from our mini shop in Rodven Villa - you can purchase personalised eco-products, cosmetics gadgets, and T-shirts - perfect as gifts for your loved ones,
- services of a mountain guide (subject to availability),
- pet stay, as part of the stay, for the duration of the stay the resort will provide a welcome dog package: a sleeping mat, a water bowl, a food bowl, towel, a pet toy, and a food sachet*.
* If you fail to add the pet stay during the reservation, there will be an extra charge in accordance with the Resort Rules and Regulations.
Note: In accordance with Article 106b, Paragraph 5 of the VAT Act, if you wish to receive a VAT invoice for your order/reservation, it is required that you inform us when making the reservation. Please provide the billing data along with the Tax Identification Number. Only if we place the Tax Identification Number on the receipt will you be able to receive a VAT invoice. Failure to provide the Tax Identification Number during the reservation process will prevent issuing a VAT invoice at a later date.
