According to Article 106b para. 5 of the VAT Act, if you wish to receive a VAT invoice for the order/reservation, please inform us of this fact during the reservation process. Please provide the details for which the invoice should be issued along with the NIP number. Only if we include the NIP number on the receipt will you be able to receive a VAT invoice. Failure to provide the NIP number during the reservation will prevent the issuance of a VAT invoice at a later date.

Alimentation

All meals are served at the Piąta Pora Roku Restaurant in the Norwegian Valley Luxury Resort (Szklarska Poręba, ul. Kopernika 9).

Breakfast is served in buffet style with drinks from 7:30 AM to 11:30 AM.

Dinners are served from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM.

Worth knowing

We inform you that entry of vehicles with LPG installations, electric vehicles, and vehicles exceeding the category of passenger cars is prohibited in the underground garage. We ask owners of these vehicles to use only the external parking area of the resort, according to parking fees.

Please be reminded that failure to comply with the ban may result in a monetary penalty of 2000 PLN and towing of the vehicle at the owner's expense.

Additional information

Check-in The stay begins at 16:00 and ends at 10:00. Please confirm your planned arrival time at the reserved apartment at least 24 hours before arrival. There is no reception desk at the Panorama Gór apartment building, so keys are collected at the reception of the Norweska Dolina Luxury Resort, located at Kopernika 9E in Szklarska Poręba (900 meters from the Panorama Gór apartment building). Animal policy

An additional fee of 90 PLN per pet per day applies*. For the duration of the stay, the resort will provide a dog package: a sleeping mat, a water bowl, a food bowl, a towel, a toy for the pet, and a welcome sachet of food. *If the arrival with a pet is not reported when making the reservation, a fee of 150 PLN per day per pet will be charged, along with a fine specified in the Rules and Regulations.

Car park- information

Parking is available for an additional fee of 30 PLN per day (limited number of spaces). Please note that when making reservations through external OTA (Online Travel Agencies), mandatory additional charges such as for parking services may apply. The payment amount depends on the current offer of the agency through which you made the reservation.

Cancelling terms

This reservation can be cancelled without costs until 21 days before arrival. In such case the amount paid will be refunded within 7 days after cancellation was submitted. If cancellation is submitted after this time or guest will not show at all, the property will charge 30.00% of the reservation value. It is required to provide credit card information or make the payment of 30.00% of the reservation value to guarantee the reservation.
