Additionally, when booking through the website, we offer free:
- Relaxation in the Wellness Area (pool 12x4m - depth 130 cm, 3 saunas, jacuzzi, Kneipp path, Bosman bucket, ice well) during opening hours as available, with prior registration for the area (one-time entry during the hours: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM for up to 90 minutes, or from 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM for up to 60 minutes). The Sauna Area is open from 4:00 PM until the closing time of the Wellness Area. To ensure the comfort of rest and provide all Guests with the opportunity to use the Wellness Area, we have introduced a time limit for the stay in the area. Please check the current information in the Wellness tab*
Additionally, free access to the swimming pool and wellness area is offered only as far as possible and depending on availability, in accordance with the facility's current rules and regulations. In the case of malfunctions, breakdowns, or events caused by force majeure, the facility reserves the right to temporarily limit access to these attractions without the possibility of compensation.

- Souvenirs in the shop in Rodven Villa – here you can purchase magnets with images of the villas, cosmetics, gadgets, and other souvenirs as gifts for loved ones
- Possibility to use the mountain guide services as available
- Pet stay, during which the resort provides a dog package for the duration of the stay: sleeping mat, water bowl, food bowl, towel, toy for the pet, and a welcome sachet of food*

According to Article 106b § 5 of the VAT Act if you wish to receive a VAT invoice for the order/reservation, please inform us of this fact while making the reservation. Please provide the details to which the invoice is to be issued along with the VAT number. Only if we place the VAT number on the receipt will you be able to receive a VAT invoice. Failure to provide the VAT number while making the reservation will make it impossible to issue the VAT invoice at a later date.
